These Terms govern your use of the My Fuels platform, including the website myfuels.in, the web application fueltogo.in, and our mobile applications (My Fuels, My Fuels Grid and My Fuels Orbit). By placing an order or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
My Fuels operates an energy marketplace. We connect customers with independent energy partners — including licensed petroleum retail outlets, lubricant distributors, battery and solar suppliers, and equipment providers.
My Fuels is not the seller of fuel or of any product listed on the platform. For every order, the supplying energy partner is the seller of record and holds the licences required for that product, including PESO authorisations and Oil Marketing Company dealership rights where applicable. My Fuels provides the discovery, ordering, coordination, logistics and payment experience, and earns a service commission for doing so.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract. Business customers must be duly registered and authorised to transact.
Fuel is a hazardous and regulated good. Deliveries are made only into approved receptacles and equipment, by trained personnel, using PESO-compliant vehicles and containers, during permitted hours. You must provide safe, lawful access to the delivery point and ensure a responsible person is present to receive the delivery. Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivered quantity is evidenced by dispenser readings, delivery documentation and, where fitted, tank or sensor measurement at the receiving asset. Where a measured discrepancy arises, it is reconciled against the verified quantity and resolved as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Quality conforms to the supplying outlet's Oil Marketing Company standards.
Payments are processed through regulated payment service providers. We do not store complete card or bank credentials. Business accounts may operate on agreed credit terms under a separate written agreement, in which case that agreement prevails for payment terms.
To the extent permitted by law, My Fuels is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Claims relating to product supply lie against the seller of record, with My Fuels assisting in good faith to resolve them.
The My Fuels name, marks, platform, content and software are owned by Novo Fuelogy Bharat Private Limited and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy, which is aligned to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Complaints may be raised with our Grievance Officer, Mr. K Shyam Singh, at grievance@myfuels.in. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
